Leadership transformation in the digital era of school administrators Educational Network Group 14 (Sangkhom 2) under Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

This research aims to study 1. the level of transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators in Educational Network Group 14 (Sangkhom 2) under the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 2. guidelines for developing transformational leadership in the digital era among school administrators in Educational Network Group 14 (Sangkhom 2) under the Nong Khai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group consisted of 56 teachers from seven schools within Network Group 14 (Social Studies 2). A purposive sampling method was employed based on specific criteria. The research instruments comprised questionnaires with validity range of 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.88, as well as semi-structured interview. The statistics used in the data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings indicated that: 1. Educational administrators in Network Group 14 (Sangkhom 2) demonstrated a high overall level of transformational leadership in the digital era, characterized by low variability. The aspect with the highest average was digital culture creation, followed by digital skill development and change management. The aspect with the lowest average was digital innovation creation. 2. The developmental approaches for transformational leadership in the digital era necessitate that school administrators drive change through systematic budget allocation and external partnerships. They should develop personnel tailored plans and professional learning communities. Additionally, it is vital to effectively communicate the transformation vision across multiple channels, using inspiring case studies. Finally, fostering innovation involves gathering student feedback and creating platforms for expression, alongside teacher-student collaboration in development and testing digital solutions aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.
