Creative leadership of educational institution administrators at Ban Kho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ban Phue District, Udon Thani Province

This research aimed to 1. examine the level of creative leadership among school administrators in Ban Kho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ban Phue District, Udon Thani Province, and 2. identify methods for developing the creative leadership of school administrators in Ban Kho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ban Phue District, Udon Thani Province. The sample consisted of 64 administrators and personnel from Ban Kho Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Research instruments included questionnaires with validity values between 0.67 and 1.00, a reliability coefficient of 0.90, and interviews. Data were collected through direct contact, achieving a 100% response rate. Statistical data analysis included the use of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research findings were as follows: 1. The overall level of creative leadership among educational institution administrators was high, though the distribution was low. The aspect with the highest mean score was visionary leadership, followed by flexibility and adaptability, creativity, and teamwork. 2. Development guidelines for creative leadership among educational institutions administrators include organizing multi-sector brainstorming sessions aimed at developing a modern vision; In considering individual factors, it is essential to monitor performance, leverage technology for effective communication, and delegate tasks that correspond to each person's abilities; In terms of flexibility and adaptability, periodic situation analysis meetings and establish real-time communication channels; In the realm of creativity, it is essential to promote activities that integrate local wisdom with contemporary ideas, and to establish platforms for the exchange of ideas; In terms of teamwork, it is essential to establish an open work environment and encourage team-building activities. The five approaches outlined the capabilities of executives, enabling them to guide the organization toward creative and sustainable change.
