Strategic leadership of school administrators in Ban Dung 1 school group under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

This research aims to investigate: 1. the strategic leadership of school administrators within the Ban Dung 1 school cluster under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and 2. the guidelines for developing the strategic leadership of school administrators in the Ban Dung 1 school cluster under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample consisted of 152 teachers from Ban Dung Group 1, selected through stratified random sampling. Research instruments included questionnaires with validity values between 0.67 to 1.00 and a reliability coefficient of 0.93. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The findings revealed that: The aspect that received the highest mean score for strategic leadership among school administrators was objective setting. This was followed by direction establishment and strategy formulation that aligns with the school's vision and objectives. The aspect that received the lowest mean score was strategy implementation and execution. Guidelines for developing strategic leadership: school administrators should establish strategic planning committees that include teachers as key leaders, systematically analyse organizational resources using tools such as SWOT analysis, create detailed action plans with clear timelines and responsibilities, and apply analytical techniques to ensure effective strategy implementation and identification of root causes. A system for creating detailed action plans should be established, outlining operational steps, timelines, responsible parties, and success indicators. Additionally, analytical techniques should be employed to identify the root causes of issues, thus enhancing the effectiveness of strategic implementation.
