Abstract

     This research article aims to study the level of innovative leadership. and guidelines for developing innovative leadership among administrators of educational institutions in the Ban Dung District network under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3. The sample group consisted of 95 teachers from 7 schools in the Ban Dung District network. Tools Used in the research was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with an accuracy value (IOC) between 0.67 and 1.00 and reliability equal to 0.91. The researcher collected the data himself. Statistics for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and analyze content. The researcher found that 1) the level of innovative leadership of administrators of educational institutions in the Ban Dung District network under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, overall, was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect is at a very high level. The aspect with the highest average was the aspect of creating an innovative organization, followed by the aspect of creative thinking. In terms of having a vision for change and the aspects of teamwork and participation, The side with the least average value is Risk management 2) Guidelines for developing innovative leadership: Educational institution administrators should analyze trends in the direction of educational change. and used to set the vision of the educational institution. Promote and support personnel to work together as a team. By trying to give personnel the opportunity to think together and brainstorm more, to have more knowledge and initiative to create new things in order to develop the educational system using modern technology, And risk management should be developed, not just for financial risks. but also for risks related to educational buildings.
