Abstract
This research aims to study the level of leadership in the 21st century and development approaches for leadership in the 21st century in Udon Thani Primary educational service area office 3 the study population from 237 constructed 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the IOC between 0.67-1.00 the reliability of 0.90 the statistics employed for data analysis were percentage mean standard deviation and content analysis.
The results of the study found that:
- The skill level of school administrators in the 21st century under the Office of Educational Service AreaUdon Thani Secondary School. Overall at a high level .There was a small distribution ( = 4.18, S.D = 0.54) the aspect with the highest average values was critical thinking and creative thinking skills ( = 4.31, S.D = 0.57) followed by interpersonal skills ( = 4.30, S.D = 0.54) moral Skills Ethics and ethics (= 4.29, S.D = 0.54) and the aspect with the least average was vision skills (= 3.93, S.D = 0.52)
- The results of comparing the skills of school administrators in the 21st century found that school administrators classified by work experience, it was found that the overall and individual aspects of school administrator skills in the 21st century were significantly different at the 0.05 level. When considering each aspect, including communication skills Technology and digital skills and vision skills The difference was statistically significant at the 0.05 level. justice, moral skills Ethics and Code of Conduct and critical thinking and creative thinking skills The difference was not statistically significant.
