Using the technology acceptance model framework, 2. analyze the influence of personal factors on acceptance, and 3. investigate the relationship between AI acceptance and work performance. The study employed a quantitative research design. The sample size of 184 participants with simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with Index of item-objective congruence of 0.98 and a reliability coefficient of 0.97. and analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, F-test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The findings revealed that personnel demonstrated a high level of artificial intelligence acceptance overall. Perceived usefulness scored highest, followed by perceived ease of use, confidence and attitude, and organizational support. Age and educational level significantly influenced artificial intelligence acceptance, while length of service did not significantly affect overall acceptance.
