Strategic leadership and organizational trust on the efficiency of local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province

The purposes of the research included the following to study: 1. The level of the executives’ strategic leadership, the organizational trust, and the efficiency of the local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province, 2. the influences of strategic leadership on the efficiency of the local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province, and 3. the influences of the organizational trust on the efficiency of the local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province. Obtained through a stratified random sampling method, the sample group consisted of 289 personnel who reported to the local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province. The tool used for data collection was a questionnaire. The IOC values were between 0.80 and 1.00, the reliability was 0.856, and the discrimination power was between 0.385 and 0.838. and statistics employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The research revealed these results: 1. The overall strategic leadership of the executives in the local administrative organizations, Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province, was at a high level. Likewise, the personnel’s trust in the local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province, as a whole, was at a high level. In the same vein, the overall efficiency of the local administrative organizations, Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province, was at a high level. 2. Regarding strategic leadership, these aspects significantly influenced the efficiency of the local administrative organizations at the 0.01 statistical level: establishing strategic direction and promoting the organizational culture. In addition, the balanced organizational control and the management of the organizational resources significantly influenced the efficiency of the local administrative organizations at the .05 statistical level. Altogether, these aspects could be used to correctly predict the efficiency of the local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province at 55.80 percent. 3. Regarding trust in the organization, these aspects significantly influenced the efficiency of the local administrative organizations at the 0.01 statistical level: caring, the achievement of the organizational performance, and straightforwardness. Altogether, they could be used to accurately predict the efficiency level of the local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province at 81.50 percent.
