Abstract

The purpose of this research study was to study; 1) 21^st Century Leadership of School Administrators in School Phu Phra Bat Group. 2)  Development Guidelines 21^st Century Leadership of School Administrators in School Phu Phra Bat Group.  The sample groups used in this research were administrators and teachers. 108 were from 15 school Determine the sample size using Crazy and Morgan's tables and using stratified random sampling. Research tools 1) a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire 2) an interview form Level accuracy (IOC) between 0.67-1.00 with the reliability of 0.989 data collection tools the statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient and the results of the study found that: 1. 21^st century Leadership of school administrators in the was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was information technology communication skills cooperation skills and vision respectively. 2. Development Guidelines 21^st Century Leadership of School Administrators. Vision is clearly setting goals in educational institutions. for personnel in educational institutions Motivation to perform duties as for communication skills, there is an emphasis on the use of technology. in teaching and learning by encouraging school personnel use technology in Information technology is to set a budget for the purchase of materials and equipment. about technology Encourage the availability of technology-skilled personnel in educational institutions. and for cooperation skills, that is, educational institutions should have meetings to plan activities with the participation of school committee community of parents, students, including participation in activities various in educational institutions
