The objectives of this research were; 1) to study the level of innovation leadership and Innovation leadership development guidelines of Institution administrators affiliated with Innovative Leadership of Non-Formal and Informal Education Centers in Rak Chanod Zone. The sample groups used in this research were administrators and teachers. 7 9 person. The research instrument was a 5- level estimation scale questionnaire Level accuracy (IOC) between 0. 67- 1.00 with the reliability of 0. 8 6 data collection tools the statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results of the study found that: 1. Innovation leadership level is the overall picture is at a high level. The side with ( = 4.15, S.D = 0.67) the highest mean was Justice, followed by the aspect of having a vision for change followed by the use of information and communication technology and teamwork and participation The side with the least mean is risk management 2.ethical leadership development guidelines it executives must also perform their duties. Executives should study the information and accept it. Create a team to formulate development policies to focus on school administrators with clear goals. Study for knowledge or information, including various laws by adhering to the correctness according to the rules and regulations Bring innovation and new technology used in educational institutions and exchanging knowledge with others.
