Factors for success of quality assurance in doctor of public administration programs graduate, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University

The purpose of this research study was to study the success factors of the quality assurance of the Doctor of Public Administration Program, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. This research; is a qualitative research, the target group is the administrators of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, the administrators of the Doctor of Public Administration Program, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, and 15 practitioners. By random sampling, data collection tools were; semi-structured interviews, and qualitative data were analyzed using descriptive analysis.
The results of the research were as follows: Factors for the success of the quality assurance of the Doctor of Public Administration Program in Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University consisted of 6 aspects, namely; (1) Curriculum suitability includes needs surveys, curriculum planning and design, links with experts, and other institutions, communication planning, curriculum updates and improvements, and curriculum evaluation. (2) The teaching and learning system consists of data collection and quality assessment, emphasizing evaluation, promoting collaborative learning, using a variety of teaching methods, creating an environment. learning, using teaching technology, and teaching staff planning. (3) The development of faculty and staff includes assessment and continuous development, model support, organizational management and development support, teacher development support in teaching, research support, and Development of skills and knowledge. (4) Learning facilities and facilities include the construction of virtual learning facilities, dynamic learning facilities, the use of technology for learning, and the construction of learning facilities. That's right. (5) Building a good image consists of curriculum planning, creating an attractive curriculum, creating a learning environment, utilizing technology and learning materials, and building links with the labor market. (6) Cooperation with network partners includes building support, building readiness, networking, sharing and exchanging knowledge, and building long-term links.
