Factors affecting the effectiveness of policy implementation of local administration organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province

The purposes of this research included the following: 1. To study the strategic leadership level of executive’s public participation and the effectiveness of policy implementation of local government organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District. 2. To study the influence of executives' strategic leadership. public participation that affects the effectiveness of policy implementation of local government organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District. The sample group consisted of 268 officials from local government organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province, selected using a stratified sampling method. The questionnaire was used as the tool for data collection and statistics employed for data analysis incorporated frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The study revealed these results: 1. Strategic leadership of local administrative organization executives in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District overall, it was at a high level public participation in the operations of local government organizations in the Mueang Sakon Nakhon District area. Overall, it was at a moderate level and effectiveness of policy implementation of local government organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, overall, it was at a high level 2. Strategic leadership of executives, the aspect of controlling the organization to be balanced and the aspect of acting with morality influence the effectiveness of policy implementation of local government organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, statistically significant at the 0.01 level. Collectively, they were able to predict the effectiveness level of policy implementation of local government organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District at 67.20 percent. Except for strategic direction setting organizational resource management and supporting effective organizational culture. Public participation in terms of participation in receiving benefits and participation in evaluation influences the effectiveness of policy implementation of local government organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District Statistically significant at the 0.01 level. As for participation in decision making, it influences the effectiveness of policy implementation of local government organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, statistically significant at the 0.05 level. Collectively, they were able to predict that the effectiveness of policy implementation by local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District had been at 45.90 percent, except for participation in the operation.
