Participatory management of private school administrators in city district under the office of the private education commission Nong Bua Lamphu province

Educational management in the 21st century faces challenges from ICT development and human rights. Schools must adapt their educational management to align with these changes. Administrators must possess vision and leadership qualities, implementing participatory management to enhance work efficiency, foster unity, and utilize resources effectively, leading to sustainable student development and organizational success. The purpose of this research study was to study level of Development of Participatory Management of Private school administrators in City District Under the Office of the Private Education Commission Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The study population from of 8 schools, 140 informants stratified random sampling questionnaire and Interview form with the IOC between 0.67-1.00 the reliability of 0.89 data collection uses the program google Forms Email analysis were percentage mean standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the study found that 1) The level of participatory management of administrators of Nong Han Group 3 schools under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level. There is a small all aspects are at a high level. The aspect with the highest average value was participation in decision making, followed by participation in operation. and participation in the benefits. The aspect with the least average was the aspect of participation in the evaluation. 2) Guidelines for developing participatory management by executives are: They should develop a system for listening to opinions, such as conducting online opinion surveys. They should create participatory work manuals, allowing staff to be involved in writing and improving operational manuals. They should develop a fair compensation system, establishing clear and transparent criteria for considering compensation. And they should develop a 360-degree evaluation system, allowing staff at all levels to participate in performance evaluations.
