The purpose of this research study was to study; 1) Study the current state of school administration in School Phu Phra Bat Group 2) Study the development guidelines for school administration in School Phu Phra Bat Group. The sample groups used in this research were administrators and teachers. 147 were from 15 school Determine the sample size using Crazy and Morgan's tables and using stratified random sampling. Research tools 1) a 5-level estimation scale questionnaire 2) an interview form Level accuracy (IOC) between 0.67-1.00 with the reliability of 0.92 data collection tools the statistics employed for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient and Content analysis. The results of the study found that: 1. Current state of school administration at a high level when considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was in general administration, followed by personnel management and academic affairs and the side with the lowest average was the budget side 2.The guidelines for the development of school administration are academic aspects, that is, school administrators should plan to purchase textbooks, and in the event that the store cannot deliver late books. Teachers should have an e-book on the budget: school administrators should select a finance officer who is not likely to move schools, and school administrators should regularly review financial reports. Personnel management is that educational institutions should have a system to notify the date of individual professional licenses and to publicize the curriculum for the development of teacher civil servants and educational personnel that are interesting to teachers in educational institutions and general administration, that is, educational institutions should have plans and projects for preventing and solving behavioral problems with the participation of parents, teachers, advisors, and guidance teachers in setting up activities.
