This study aims to investigate the level of commitment and unity in the organization of support personnel. Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University To study factors affecting the commitment and unity of personnel to the organization: a case study of support personnel. Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University Including studying suggestions on creating bonds and unity for the organization. of support personnel Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University The respondents were 182 support personnel of Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University, obtained by determining the size of the respondents using the formula Taro Yamane (1973). The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. that combines quantitative research and qualitative research. Using statistics such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation. In analyzing the level of organizational commitment of support personnel at Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University. and data analysis of factors affecting engagement and unity by testing the relationship between 2 groups of variables by using multiple linear regression analysis with the method of selecting independent variables into the equation (Stepwise Method). The research results were found as follows: 1) Factors affecting the commitment and unity of personnel to the organization: A case study of support personnel. Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University Overall, it was at a moderate level. When classified into each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in 2 areas, arranged from highest to lowest average: the control of supervisors, followed by the perception of work compensation. Two aspects were at a moderate level, ranked from highest to lowest average: participation in work, followed by opportunity to advance in work. and was at a low level in 1 aspect, namely the operating environment, and 2) suggestions regarding the process of building personnel engagement towards the organization of support personnel in Maha Sarakham Rajabhat University found that the university should build confidence among personnel. and advancement in job positions to build greater commitment to the organization. The university should provide welfare, such as residential homes or allowances for overtime work. In order to improve morale at work, the university should encourage personnel to pursue higher education. Commanders should provide more trust and leadership, sacrifice, and kindness to their subordinates. The university should allocate budgets to develop internal personnel more appropriately and more than before. Supervisors should provide opportunities for all employees to seek study tour locations as they wish, both within the country and abroad.
