การศึกษาสมการในการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการรับรู้การจัดการความปลอดภัยของพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ กรณีศึกษาอุตสาหกรรมยางพารา ABC

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้การจัดการความปลอดภัยของพนักงานกับข้อมูลทั่วไป และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการรับรู้การจัดการความปลอดภัยของพนักงานจากตัวแปรการรับรู้ทางด้านความปลอดภัย และข้อมูลทั่วไป ประชากร คือ พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงบริษัทแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 40 คน มีตัวแปรต้น คือ ข้อมูลทั่วไป ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และการรับรู้เรื่องความปลอดภัย (นโยบายความปลอดภัย ความรู้เรื่องความปลอดภัย การรับรู้ข่าวสาร ทัศนคติที่มีต่อความปลอดภัย และการจูงใจด้านความปลอดภัย) และตัวแปรตาม คือ พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของพนักงาน ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์อย่างง่าย
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ด้านการรับรู้การจัดการความปลอดภัยของพนักงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้ข้อมูลข่าวสารมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.832 และด้านการรับรู้การจัดการความปลอดภัยของพนักงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับด้านทัศนคติที่มีต่อความปลอดภัย มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.889 จากผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปพยากรณ์ปัจจัยในด้านอื่น ๆ ขององค์กร และเพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้บุคลากรมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการทำงานด้านความปลอดภัยที่สูงขึ้นต่อไปได้
