ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารเงินทุนหมุนเวียนและความสามารถในการทำกำไรของบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย: ช่วงก่อนและระหว่างเกิดสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรค COVID-19

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารเงินทุนหมุนเวียนกับความสามารถในการทำกำไรของบริษัทที่จดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย (SET) ในช่วงก่อนและระหว่างเกิดสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรค COVID-19 โดยเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างเฉพาะบริษัทที่มีข้อมูลงบการเงินและอัตราส่วนทางการเงินในปี พ.ศ. 2561 – 2565 เครื่องมือทางสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบไปด้วย สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลรวมทั้งช่วงก่อนและระหว่างเกิดการแพร่ระบาดของโรค COVID-19 พบว่าระยะเวลารับชำระจากลูกหนี้ ระยะเวลาการจ่ายชำระหนี้ และระยะเวลาการเก็บสินค้าคงคลัง มีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตราผลตอบแทนต่อสินทรัพย์ในทิศทางตรงกันข้าม และพบว่าสถานการณ์โควิด ไม่มีผลต่ออัตราผลตอบแทนต่อสินทรัพย์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ
นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าตัวแปรควบคุม ประกอบด้วย ขนาดของกิจการมีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตราผลตอบแทนต่อสินทรัพย์ในทิศทางเดียวกัน แต่อัตราหนี้สินต่อส่วนของผู้ถือหุ้นมีความสัมพันธ์กับอัตราผลตอบแทนต่อสินทรัพย์ในทิศทางตรงกันข้าม
