Abstract

This research aims to study current state and guidelines for student development activities of Sirindhorn College of Public Health,
Yala. This study is divided into two phases: Phase 1: Study of current state of student development activities and phase 2: Study a guidelines for student development activities. Populated in f rst group consisted of 238 students and phase 2, the key informations were 24 people such as instructors, personnel and students 24 people, which was purposive sampling. Data were collected from March to May 2018. The instruments used were questionnaire on current state of student development activities and focus group interviews were collected using in quantitative methods. Data analysis was based on descriptive statistics using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and content analysis. 
The results showed that current conditions of student development activities. It was found that the student development activities were the most moral and ethical development, and there were still few students participating in the activities. Results from group
discussions propose guidelines for organizing student development activities to have participation of personnel including students of every year that increase. Promote knowledge of the organization of activities, promotion of interesting and creative activities including the policy guidelines of the college by participating in student development activities affecting the welfare of students in various f elds, including emphasizing the recording of attendance of activities.
