Abstract

This research was 1) to study the organizational commitment of personnel and 2) to study the factors related to organizational
commitment of personnel. The sample used included 185 subjects by stratified random sampling. The research tool was the questionnaires about the factors related to the personnel’s organizational commitment. Statistics used for analyzing data were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The findings reveal that 1) Theorganizational commitment in general had the mean at most level.The desire to maintain organizational membership had the highest mean at most level, followed by willingness to devote to and try their best for the organization’s benefits with mean at most level.2) The factors related to organizational commitment significance level at.01 are working experience, nature of workand organizational structure. The work experience and organizational structure can predict variance of the commitment in the organization 42.25%.
