The study on the establishment process of the quality improvement plan based on faculty assessment results of Khon Kaen University

Abstract

This research has the objectives as follows 1. To study process, create a quality development plan of faculty 2. Studying of problems in the implementation of the quality development plan. A Target group includes the Faculty of Quality Assurance Workers. This research’s data were analyzed. As following to calculate frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results of the research showed that a process of the quality development plan, a monitoring quality development plan and a results of implementation following development plan is at a high level. The problems encountered in the quality development plan are a supporting and communication of executives. Not only lacking knowledge and understanding in creating a quality plan but also lacking impel plan in order. In term of process and supervising, the database system that is not effective, the determination of the responsible person is not clear.
In term of implementation is no have cooperate of all sector, No clear target of development plan and not clear communication in order. A solution from interview and questionnaires as follows that they should support person who work about quality assurance, having a good communication about quality development plans to worker both formal and informal, determine clear goals and specify responsible workers including creating a database system.
