A document tracking system for budget control and advance loan in the school of Medical Sciences, University of Phayao

Abstract

Document tracking systema are used to control budgets and loan notification is facilitated by both user and administration. The
objectives of this study were as follows.-1) create a document tracking system for budget controlling, loan notif cation, and advancement 2) Examine the efficacy and the opinion on the system as judged by users classif ed by age and educational level 3) Evaluate the satisfaction of the efficiency of the system. The subjects were 75 staff from the School of Medical Sciences, University of Phayao. This survey was designed for measuring satisfaction of the efficiency of the system at 5 different levels. It was found that satisfaction of the efficiency of the system was at good level in terms of the document tracking system on budget controlling and loan notification. The findings also demonstrated that there was not any loss requisition document and a decreased number of those did not able make a loan. There was no effect of education on use of the system. In conclusion, the document tracking system on budget controlling and loan notif cation is an effective and capable system.
