The relationship between learning financial regulation and achievement of financial and accounting officers Mahasarakham University

This research aims to study relationship between learning financial regulation and achievement, and to test learning factors,
financial regulations that affect achievement of financial and accounting Officers of Mahasarakham University, by collecting data from 102 financial and accounting officers of the university using a questionnaire as a tool. The statistics used in data analysis were the analysis of multiple correlation and multiple regression analysis. Learning financial regulation is defined by independent variables which have relationships with and effects on achievement. It was found that 1) Learning financial regulation has a positive relationship with achievement of financial and accounting Officers of Mahasarakham University (significantly differently at 0.05). The coefficient correlation with each aspect were; knowledge 0.66, understanding 0.74, analysis 0.74 and adoption 0.74 2) Learning financial regulation aspects were; knowledge, understanding and adoption and had relationships with and positive effects on achievement
of financial and accounting Officers of Mahasarakham University.
