Online asset monitoring system using QR Code technology

Abstract

The Online Asset Monitoring System By Using QR Code Technology system aims to develop a QR code technology for keeping records of hardware in the Computer Center at Mahasarakham University. The objectives are.- 1) Develop an online asset monitoring
system, 2) Optimize the asset valuation of the organization, 3) The QR code technology use to apply with web application, 4) Provide
a centrally managed asset management system for inspection and real-time asset movement tracking and 5) Keeping information on
assets of the organization.
The Online Asset Monitoring System By Using QR Code Technology system was shown to be an effective system for monitoring
the hardware of an organization. Furthermore, the users were satisfied at a high level. The technology of QR codes was developed with Web Application to increase the performance for the management of assets for inspection and real-time tracking and reports.
Users’ assessments of the system indicated that it was friendly and easy to use at the highest level of 4.78 points, while the fast and
accurate processing was the lowest at 4.67 points.
