Satisfaction and expectations of personnel from the traffic and security section services and General service section of the Building Division, Mahasarakham University

Abstract

This research aims to study satisfaction and expectations of personnel from the Traffic and Security section services and the
General Service section of Building Division Mahasarakham University. The sample group used in the research was 361 personnel of
Mahasarakham University. The tool used for data collection was a questionnaire and statistics used in data analysis were percentage,
mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The results were.-1) Personnel are satisf ed with the overall service at a high level ( =3.63)
2) Personnel have expectations for Traffic and Security section service. The highest level, would like to have suff cient and orderly parking. As for the expectation of personnel to provide general service section, they wanted to have faster coordination. 3) Different sex and age of personnel wre satisfied with the service and did not want change. Pwesonnel with different educational background, had different satisfaction with a statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
