Publication Ethics

Authors’ Responsibilities

  1. Manuscripts submitted for consideration in the journal must be original works that have neither been previously published nor are under consideration for publication in any other journal.
  2. Submitted manuscripts must not constitute plagiarism, whether from the authors’ own prior work or that of others, and must include complete and accurate scholarly citations in accordance with academic standards.
  3. All listed authors must have made a genuine contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study, and must take responsibility for the content of the manuscript.
  4. Authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and notify the editor accordingly.
  5. All authors must provide consent for the submission of the manuscript to the journal for publication.

Reviewers’ Responsibilities

  1. Reviewers must not be aware of the authors’ identities (double-blind review) and must not disclose any details of the manuscript under review to others until the work is published.
  2. Reviewers must inform the editor and decline the review if they identify any conflict of interest or close association with the subject matter of the manuscript.
  3. Reviewers must evaluate the manuscript solely within the scope of their academic expertise. If they identify similarities or overlaps with other published works, they must inform the editor.
  4. Reviews should be conducted impartially, honestly, and without bias, and should provide constructive feedback for the improvement of the work.
  5. Manuscript evaluations must be completed within the time frame specified by the editor.

Editors’ Responsibilities

  1. Editors are responsible for evaluating manuscripts submitted for publication to ensure they align with the journal’s aims and scope, and meet academic quality standards.
  2. Editors will oversee the peer review process in the form of a double-blind review, engaging qualified experts in the relevant field, and ensuring fairness and impartiality.
  3. Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and disclose information only to those directly involved in the review and publication process.
  4. Editors are responsible for addressing ethical concerns, managing conflicts of interest, and refraining from any actions that could result in personal gain during the publication process.
