Abstract

In providing services to the people in the area, the service users are allowed to express their opinions by answering questionnaires. The researcher conducted a survey based on a quantitative research scheme. The results of the study showed that most of the respondents were female, aged 25-35 years old, with a bachelor's degree, a private employee, and a monthly income of 20,000-30,000 baht. When examining each item, it is found that the clause with the highest average value, the rule of law is at a high level, and the clause with the lowest average value, the principle of transparency, is at a low level. However, There are suggestions for improving the agency, especially in the area of transparency by presenting information that should be disclosed for public relations on the Internet. It is important to spread it to the public.
