Business management factors in the digital era affecting the operation result of industrial factories in the eastern region of Thailand

Abstract
This research is to study the factors of business administration in the digital era that affect the performance of industrial factories in the eastern region of Thailand. This research is aimed to study the level of business management factors in the digital era and the performance of industrial factories in the eastern region of Thailand at present. While, the factors of general characteristics of industrial factories in the eastern region of Thailand were also studied with the organization performance and study the factors of business administration in the digital era that affect the operational performance of industrial factories in the eastern region of Thailand. The researcher used quantitative research by collecting data with 385 questionnaires and using statistics for data analysis are one-way analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis.
