Abstract

This article aims to examine the concepts, definitions, components, and approaches to promoting spiritual ‎well-being (SWB) among employees in the manufacturing sector through a systematic literature review of ‎relevant domestic and international research on spiritual well-being, workplace spirituality, organizational ‎engagement, and organizational culture from 2015 to 2025. The findings reveal that spiritual well-being is a ‎significant factor positively correlated with workplace happiness, job satisfaction, and organizational engagement. ‎The main components comprise four dimensions: the Personal Domain, the Communal Domain, the Environmental ‎Domain, and the Transcendental Domain.‎

The literature review also indicates that spiritual leadership, meaningful work design, mindfulness ‎programs, and organizational culture emphasizing values and ethics are critical factors in promoting employees' ‎spiritual well-being. This article proposes strategic approaches for human resource management to develop ‎holistic well-being among manufacturing sector employees.‎
