Abstract

Modern society is characterized by uncertainty that impacts various aspects of life, such as the economy, politics, culture, and technology. These factors create pressure and psychological stress for individuals. Economic changes, such as shifts in the labor market and technology, lead to a sense of loss of control and increased anxiety. Meanwhile, cultural and technological changes contribute to uncertainty in decision-making and daily living. Therefore, coping with this uncertainty is crucial. Practicing mindfulness and Vipassana meditation is seen as an effective approach to adapting and managing emotions. In Buddhism, mindfulness is a key tool for awareness and handling thoughts and feelings. It enables individuals to manage stress and anxiety from life's uncertainties more effectively.
