ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูปฐมวัย ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์คณิตศาสตร์เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดเชิงพีชคณิตเบื้องต้น และความสอดคล้องระหว่างการรับรู้กับการปฏิบัติ ในพื้นที่ชายแดนพหุวัฒนธรรมไทย-เมียนมา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักศึกษาครูปฐมวัยด้านการออกแบบประสบการณ์ส่งเสริมการคิดเชิงพีชคณิตเบื้องต้น (EAT) ในพื้นที่ชายแดนพหุวัฒนธรรมไทย-เมียนมา และ 2. เพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้องระหว่างการรับรู้สมรรถนะด้านการจัดประสบการณ์คณิตศาสตร์กับสมรรถนะที่ปรากฏในการปฏิบัติการสอนของนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูสาขาปฐมวัย ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสานเชิงขนาน กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือนักศึกษาสาขาการศึกษาปฐมวัย มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกาญจนบุรี ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 1 และ 2 ในภาคการศึกษาที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2568 จำนวน 45 คน วิเคราะห์ผู้ที่ส่งข้อมูลครบ 3 ช่วงเวลา จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) แบบประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ 35 ตัวบ่งชี้ ครอบคลุม 7 ด้าน (2) แบบบันทึกการสะท้อนคิด และ (3) แบบบันทึกการวิเคราะห์วิดีโอตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นแบบปรับปรุง และเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงประเด็นแบบสะท้อนคิด
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าด้านคณิตศาสตร์ชาติพันธุ์ (EM) มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด และความรู้เนื้อหาวิชา (SMK) มีค่าเฉลี่ย 0.1086 สูงกว่าความรู้เนื้อหาเชิงวิธีสอน (PCK) ที่ 0.0971 ชี้ว่าปัญหาหลักอยู่ที่ความรู้คณิตศาสตร์ของครู ไม่ใช่เทคนิควิธีสอนเพียงอย่างเดียว การวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพพบรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้กับการปฏิบัติ 3 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ (1) นักศึกษาเห็นเด็กแสดงพฤติกรรมเชิงพีชคณิตแต่ไม่ขยายผล ปรากฏใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ แบบรูป ความสัมพันธ์เชิงปริมาณ ความสัมพันธ์เชิงฟังก์ชัน และเมล็ดพันธุ์การคิดเชิงพีชคณิต (2) นักศึกษาวางแผนรับมือความเข้าใจผิดของเด็กแต่เฉลยแทนการใช้คำถามกระตุ้น ปรากฏในด้านคุณสมบัติการดำเนินการ และ (3) นักศึกษาทั้งไม่รับรู้และไม่ปฏิบัติด้าน EM และการสอนที่ตอบสนองต่อวัฒนธรรม (CRT) ซึ่งเป็นความสอดคล้องเชิงลบ ต่างจากกรณีที่ตั้งใจแต่ปฏิบัติไม่ได้ ปรากฏการณ์นี้มองเห็นได้เมื่อใช้กรอบ EM ควบคู่กับ MKT ตามหลักการ Networking of Theories (NoT) ซึ่งไม่ปรากฏหากใช้กรอบ MKT เพียงกรอบเดียว การพัฒนาครูในพื้นที่ชายแดนพหุวัฒนธรรมจึงต้องเริ่มจากการสร้างความตระหนักด้าน EM และการพัฒนา SMK ก่อนการฝึกทักษะการสอน โดยกำหนด EM เป็นสมรรถนะเฉพาะในหลักสูตร พร้อมระบุเกณฑ์เชิงพฤติกรรมที่วัดได้ในการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพ
