บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารภาครัฐยุคใหม่ โดยเน้นการพัฒนาและการปรับตัวของระบบราชการไทยในยุคดิจิทัล ที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วทั้งในด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและความคาดหวังของประชาชน การวิจัยนี้นำเสนอกรอบแนวคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการบริหารภาครัฐ โดยครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญ เช่น การนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการ การส่งเสริมความโปร่งใสและการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน รวมถึงการพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากรภาครัฐเพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลง การวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า การบริหารภาครัฐยุคดิจิทัลต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และภาคประชาสังคม พร้อมทั้งการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่ยืดหยุ่นเพื่อรับมือกับความท้าทายในอนาคต
