The Journal of Social Leadership and Innovation is a scholarly publication with the primary objective of disseminating original research articles, academic papers, and review articles. Our aim is to foster research, providing a platform for researchers, academics, faculty, and students to contribute to the fields of social development, sociology, community development, economics, political science, public administration, and management along with other interdisciplinary studies, in English

Publication Process and Ethical Guidelines:

Articles published in each issue undergo a meticulous process to ensure academic rigor and integrity. The editorial team initiates the process by checking the completeness of the format, followed by a rigorous double-blind peer review. This process involves three expert reviewers evaluating the article according to predefined criteria. The double-blind review ensures anonymity, enhancing the objectivity of the evaluation.

Journal Publication Schedule 

            The Journal of Social Leadership and Innovation publishes 4 volumes  per year:

            1^st Vol: January – March

            2^nd Vol: April – June

            3^rd Vol: July – September

            4^th Vol: October – December

Journal Preparation Process:

The preparation process involves the announcement of manuscript receipt, editorial team checks, double-blind peer review, author edits, and final validation. The journal is published three times a year, and articles adhering to ethical guidelines are considered for publication.
