Abstract

At present, Thai society is more accepting of the abilities of the elderly, viewing the elderly as a treasure for society, not as a worthless old person. Elderly people are like the Bodhi tree, the banyan tree is a source of emotional support and respect for their children. Currently, Thai society is more accepting of the abilities of the elderly. View that the elderly are a treasure for society because they are people full of experiences and can connect their experiences with those of other ages. Not being an old person who is worthless to society. It can be said that the elderly are the pillars of the family and are a powerful source of wisdom in passing on social inheritance to future generations.

Participation in politics according to Aparihaniyadhamma of the elderly, there are 3 things 1) For election voting according to Aparihaniyadhamma, Elderly people should accept the election rules and respect the different opinions of other voters. Elderly people should choose to vote for candidates who do not break the rules. or the laws of the country are important. 2) For participating in campaign activities according to Aparihaniyadhamma, Elderly people should join in campaigning for other people or neighbors to respect and listen to the opinions and different opinions of other people who exercise their right to vote. 3) For joining communal activities or social organizations according to Aparihaniyadhamma, Elderly people should participate in activities that promote respect for the law. Rules of society Elderly people should participate in proposing community regulations regarding protection for local people in exercising their right to choose.
