The Current and Desirable Conditions of Teaching and Learning Process 0043 001 Design Thinking

Abstract

This research aims to study current and desirable conditions of the teaching and learning process for the course 0043 001 Design Thinking. The sample group used in this research was teachers. A total of 33 people were obtained by simple random sampling, of 24 people, representing 72.73%. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires, a 5-level rating scale, 22 items, and the interview form consisted of 1 issue, 5 items, with confdence ranging from 0.67-1.00. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, percentage and standard deviation. The results showed that the current state of the teaching and learning process for the course 0043 001 Design Thinking. Overall, they were at a high level with the mean equal to (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.25). As for the desirable condition of the teaching and learning process for the course 0043 001 Design Thinking, overall, it was at a high level with the mean equal to (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.31).
