This article’s primary objective is to offer guidance on how to apply knowledge about the process of empowerment evaluation to
carry out quality assurance of education within schools more effectively. Internal quality assurance in schools is part of continuous management to monitor and evaluate schools whose systems and mechanics are determined. Empowerment evaluation is a process of developing an organization’s members to attain skills, attributes, energetics, responsibility, and opportunity to solve problems. Outcomes of an evaluation lead related members to improve their learning and make internal quality assurance effectively.
