Abstract

The objective of this research was to study Employees’ attitude towards educational quality assurance system based on educational
criteria for performance excellence (EdPex) of The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University. The target group consisted of 75 administrators, work leaders, and responsible persons in indicators based on the educational criteria for performance excellence EdPEx.
The research instrument was a questionnaire measuring Employees’ attitude. Data were analyzed by using the computer program
for calculating the mean (gif.latex?\bar{x} ), and standard deviation (S.D.). The research fndings found that the employees’ overall attitude was at “High” level. (X=3.43, S.D.=1.01) when considering each aspect, the attitude was in “High” level. (X=3.63, S.D.=0.95) The item with highest value of attitude was “to be enthusiastic and willing to collaborate in working based on the educational quality assurance system based on educational criteria for performance excellence (EdPEx) completely. (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.11, S.D.=0.67) In addition, behavioral tendency was included in attitude in “High” level. (gif.latex?\bar{x} =3.40, S.D.=0.86) The item with highest level of attitude was “the educational quality assurance based on educational criteria for performance excellence (EdPEx). It could motivate every staff to participate in work management for quality of The Faculty of Education, Khon Kaen University. (gif.latex?\bar{x} =3.89, S.D.=0.67).
