Abstract

Learning outcomes are requirements that are intended for learners to develop themselves through the process of teaching and
participating in various activities. Higher education institutions provide both on and off-course by allowing students to have knowledge, competencies and features as specifed by the curriculum. Learning outcomes of higher education qualifcations include: morality, ethics, intellectual skills Interpersonal skills, responsibilities and numerical analysis skills, communication and use of information technology. Some disciplines may increase the standard of other learning outcomes, depending on the subject, requiring the graduates of the subject to have specifc learning outcomes.
