Key Success Factors of Quality Assurance in Educational Administration, Teaching Sections at Mahasarakham University

Abstract

The research objectives were to identify the key success factors of quality assurance in education administration, to teach sections at
Mahasarakham University. The McKinsey 7-S framework was used as a theoretical framework for this research. The data were collected through in-depth interviews. The main targets were Mahasarakham University administrators, center for the educational quality assurance and development administrator and offcers, faculties administrators and quality assurance in education offcers in each faculty by purposive sampling. The Faculty of Education, Faculty of Science, Faculty of Technology, Faculty of Informatics, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Nursing and Walairukavej Botanical Research Institute. The study instruments include 24 interviews and performed data analysis by descriptive analysis. The results showed that key success factors of quality assurance in education
administration, teaching sections at Mahasarakham University are as follows: administrative pattern, working system, personnel, organization structure and offcer skills. The fndings will be useful for the organization and be the guideline in quality assurance in education as well.
