Study of success factors on the implementation of internal quality assurance staff of Mahasarakham University

Abstract

This research aimed to study success factors on the implementation of internal quality assurance staffs of Mahasarakham
University. Questionnaires were used as tools for studying, the sample of 173 internal quality qssurance staff of Mahasarakham University. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. The results found that the educational quality assurance staff had opinions toward the resources as the factor that has the most effective for the success of educational quality assurance operation at the high level. Which should promote resources which support educational quality assurance work including personnel, technology, office equipment, other facilities or something that supports and next is organizational culture, manager, management and personnel.
