Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the level of operational factors of educational quality assurance in the Faculty of
Public Health. Mahasarakham University. The samples were 59 staffs of the faculty.Research instruments-was a questionnaire about opinions on the factors of educational quality assurance operation It consisted of 8 factors, with the tool being a rating scale of 5 levels. The statistics used for data analysis were the mean, standard deviation.The research found that personnel’s opinions about the success of factors affecting the achievement of the internal education quality assurance operation of the Faculty of Public Health. Mahasarakham University was as overall in the high level (gif.latex?\bar{x} =3.82). When considering each aspect, it was found that there were 7 levels of opinions at a high level and 1 moderate level, with the highest mean being educational quality examination (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.08), followed by annual report which is an internal quality assessment report (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.08), and then by by educational quality examination (gif.latex?\bar{x} =4.04). The lowest score was for management and information system management (gif.latex?\bar{x} =3.39).
