Information System Development for Storing and Searching Documents in Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahasarakham University

Abstract

The purposes of this study were. 1) Development of an information system for storing
and searching documents in The Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahasarakham University. 2) Evaluation
of the effciency of the information system 3) Evaluation of the satisfaction regarding the
information system. The population used in this research was 65 teachers and staff. The research tools used in this research consisted of 1) An information system for storing and
searching documents in faculty of pharmacy, Mahasarakham University; 2) An evaluation
form for evaluation the quality of the Information system. 3) An evaluation form for evaluating
the efficiency of the Information system. 4) Questionnaires asking about satisfaction
regarding the information system. The result of this research were as follows. 1) evaluation
by experts of the quality of the Information system found that aspect had a quality in
highest level. 2) The effciency of the information system was found to be at high level.
3) Satisfaction with the information system was a high level.
