Model of Digital Workplace for Educational Collaboration Management in Thai Higher Education Institutes

Abstract

An academic paper titled model of digital workplace for educational collaboration management in Thai higher education institutes is an Important in University. From the review of relevant models, that are available in the current literature. The relevant literature was searched based on keyword knowledge sharing, knowledge collaboration, collaborative knowledge creation, collaborative knowledge management, digital workplace, and digital library. The concept of digital workplace model for educational collaboration management in Thai higher education institutes is presented in three components namely personal performance, team performance and organizational performance. All components can be defined as a new model. Digital working model at different levels include Digital technologies, Collaboration, Digital Identity&Security, Information access. Digital workplace model at different levels can work together as a team and can work anywhere by using any devices, browsing files and sharing knowledge. Model of digital workplace for educational collaboration management in Thai higher education institutes have five main dimensions associated with establishing this model All dimensions can work together as a team. Operate quickly using the cloud or other technology. Suggesting that, Model of digital workplace for educational collaboration management in Thai higher education institutes can be applied in Thai higher education institutes tasks.
