Abstract

          In this research, a specific population and sample were used, consisting of1) Knowledge group includes local scholars. Elders or people with local knowledge2) Practitioner groups include teachers, students, Thai villagers, Renu Nakhon.3) The general group includes the general public in Nakhon Phanom Province. This study The researcher used qualitative cultural research methods.Using tools to collect data, namely surveys, interviews, observation forms, and organizing small group meetings.and workshop
