The Factors Supporting Success in Organizing Seminar Academic Conference Project Activities, “Teacher Thesis Seminar” in Thai Language Program, Faculty of Education, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University

Abstract

The subject research “The factors supporting success in organizing seminar academic conference project activities, “teacher thesis seminar” in Thai language program, faculty of education, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University” has the objectives 1) to study the levels and factors that support success in project preparation. “Teacher Thesis Seminar 1st” in Thai Language Program, Faculty of Education, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University and 2) to study problems and obstacles and gather suggestions for project management. “Teacher Thesis Seminar 1st” in Thai Language Program, Faculty of Education, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University The population of the research project is 1st-4th year Thai language students who studied in the academic year 2022 and consider the article (Peer Review) and those who are interested in attending to listen to the presentation, totaling 400 people. The target group of this research is qualified people assessed and consider the article (Peer Review). Participants present the article, and 178 people who are interested in attending the hearing were selected by random selection. The statistics used to analyze the data were descriptive statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and frequency.

            The results of the research were as follows:

1. The Factors supporting success in organizing academic conference project activities “Teacher Thesis Seminar” in the Thai Language Program, Faculty of Education, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University, had 4 factors: personnel factors, project context project implementation process and cognitive aspects to bring knowledge that have been adapted for use, which all 4 factors support the success of the project management.
2. The problems and obstacles of project management “Teacher Thesis Seminar 1st” in Thai Language Program Faculty of Education, Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University found that the budget support was insufficient. There is a reduction in the budget for the project, affecting the activities according to the project plan. In addition, the volume of paperwork and reports is overwhelming. Insufficient facilities. The style of the project is not diverse, making it lack of interest and budget disbursements. The approval of the university has been delayed.

            3. The Suggestions for resolving the next project management found that in organizing the project there should be a variety of interesting forms of project management in order to motivate students to participate in the project. In organizing each project, there should be a survey of personnel who are comfortable participating in the project and define clear assignments of tasks. There should be sufficient budget support for project management and should support personnel and facilities.
