Abstract

The research purposes were to study and to compare the Operational effectiveness of the development strategy of Nathabhai Subdistrict Municipality, Rattanawapi District, Nong Khai Province. classified by the personal factors. The population was the people aged 18 years and over living in the area of the Nathabhai Subdistrict Municipality, Rattanawapi District, Nong Khai Province ; the sample group was the 377 people determined using Taro Yamane's formula. The research instrument was the rating scale questionnaire. The data analysis statistics were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent samples), one-way Analysis of Variance, and method of Scheffe/.

            The research findings were

            1 People in the area of the Nathabhai Subdistrict Municipality, Rattanawapi District, Nong Khai Province, found the overall was at high level; when descending mean were In terms of speed, the quality of work, the cost-effectiveness of resources, and the quantity of work. and

            2 the people with different gender, education levels, and occupations had opinions regarding the effectiveness of the sub-district municipality's implementation of its development strategy did not different.
