STUDY OF THE PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY OF THE LAMPHAYA KLANG SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, SARABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research article aims to study the level of efficiency level and compare the performance of personnel at the Lamphaya Klang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Saraburi Province classified by the personal factors. the questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample of 80 people, which was calculated using Taro Yamane's formula. The data analysis by using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, as well as inferential statistics, including one-way analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA).

            The research findings were: (1) the overall level of work efficiency of the personnel of the Lamphaya Klang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Saraburi Province, was at a high level; when considering each aspect found the highest mean aspect was the work quality aspect, followed by the work quantity aspect, the time aspect, and the lowest mean aspect was the expenditure aspect; and (2) the overall comparison found that personnel with different personal factors did not differ in terms of work efficiency, that was, regardless of gender, age range, or marital status, education level, income, and work experience, they were all able to perform their work with similar efficiency; when considering each aspect found the budget administration aspect did difference at the statistical significance level .05.
