FACTORS AFFECTING THE SUPPLIES ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS IN MUEANG NAKHON SAWAN DISTRICT, NAKHON SAWAN PROVINCE

Abstract

The research purposes were 1) to study the factors affecting the supplies administration of Local Administrative Organizations in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province; and 2) to compare the personnel opinions on the factors affecting the supplies administration of Local Administrative Organizations in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province classified by the personnel factors. This was the quantitative research. The population was the personnel of Local Administrative Organizations in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District; the population was the 252 personnel. The research instrument was the rating scale questionnaire with reliability .94. The data analysis statistics were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent samples), and one-way Analysis of Variance.        

            The research findings were:

            1.The factors affecting the supplies administration of Local Administrative Organizations in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province found the overall and each aspect were at high level; the descending mean were the maintenance aspect, the distribution aspect, the personnel recruitment and material distribution aspect, the material control aspect, and the material procurement aspect, respectively.

            2.The personnel with different gender, education levels, and working period had the opinions on the factors affecting the supplies administration of Local Administrative Organizations in Mueang Nakhon Sawan District, Nakhon Sawan Province did not different.
