PUBLIC OPINIONS ON THE SERVICES OF SAMNAK THON SUBDISTRICT HEALTH PROMOTION HOSPITAL, BAN CHANG DISTRICT, RAYONG PROVINCE

Abstract

The research purposes were (1) to study the levels of public opinions on the services of Samnak Thon Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province; and (2) to compare the public opinions on the services of Samnak Thon Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province. This was the quantitative research. The population was the 4,126 people in the responsibility area of Samnak Thon Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital; the sample group was the 364 people. The research instrument was the questionnaire with reliability .96. The data analysis statistics were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way Analysis of Variance, and method of Scheffe.

           The research findings were: 

1. The public opinions on the services of Samnak Thon Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province found the overall of 4 aspects was at high level; the disease control and prevention aspect was at the highest level, followed by the health promotion aspect, the medical treatment aspect, and the physical rehabilitation aspect, respectively.
2.   The people in the responsibility area of Samnak Thon Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital with different the gender, education, and occupations had the opinions on the services of Samnak Thon Subdistrict Health Promotion Hospital, Ban Chang District, Rayong Province did not different.
