PEOPLE'S EXPECTATIONS TOWARDS THE ADMINISTRATION OF NAKLANG SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, SUNG NOEN DISTRICT, NAKHONRATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

The research purposes were (1) to study the levels of people's expectations towards the administration of Naklang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province; and (2) to compare the people's expectations towards the administration of Naklang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. This was the quantitative research. The population was the 7,560 people from 9 villages in the area of Naklang Subdistrict Administrative Organization; the sample group was the 379 people. The research instrument was the questionnaire with reliability .90. The data analysis statistics were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way Analysis of Variance.

           The research findings were: 

1.   The people's expectations towards the administration of Naklang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province found the overall was at high level; the infrastructure aspect was at the highest level, followed by the economy and society aspect, the natural resources and environment aspect, and the education, religion and culture aspect, respectively.

                   2.       The people lived in the area of Naklang Subdistrict Administrative Organization with different the gender, education, and occupations had the expectations towards the administration of Naklang Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Sung Noen District, Nakhon Ratchasima Provinc did not different;  explainable that the Naklang Subdistrict Administrative Organization provides opportunities for citizens to participate in policy and plan determination, when citizens are aware of their roles, they will cooperate more.
