The journal adopts a policy of publishing high-quality articles in the field of arts, focusing on creative works in visual arts, music, dance and performing arts, design arts, contemporary media, and contemporary culture. The target audience includes faculty members, students, and researchers both within and outside institutions.

All articles must undergo evaluation by at least 2 expert reviewers through a double-blind review process, where both reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other.
