Review process
A-EMS is a refereed journal with articles selected through the double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality of the published materials. All papers submitted to the Journal undergo an initial review by a member of our editorial team. Papers that pass the initial review are then sent to three external reviewers. Usually, the author will receive a first response from the editor within 8 weeks after submission.
There are 4 possible results of the submission: 1) Accepted without any revision 2) Revision 3) Resubmission, and 4) Rejection.
Review criteria
The editorial team will initially review the paper regarding quality and contributions. If there are sufficient contributions, the process will continue, or the editorial team may ask the author to improve some parts of the article before referring to the external reviewers. The editorial team will notify the author step-by-step of the progress of the review process. When the reviewers recommend revisions, the authors should follow the suggestion strictly and thoroughly. The authors fully respond to the corrections and quality of the Articles’ images.
